Dartmouth’s second tantra & healing arts festival providing both newcomers and ‘alternative’ enthusiasts an opportunity for Christmas shopping, a spiritual weekend break or just a visit into town for some fun. DARTMOUTH Dartmouth is a historic town on the South Devon coast and home to the Britannia Royal Naval College. It has been described as the Jewel of the South Hams and sits on the mouth of the River Dart. The town has much to offer with a wide range of shops, restaurants and crafts and arts galleries. Outside of Dartmouth there are numerous coastal and river walks to enjoy and we are a short drive away from Totnes, an ancient market town. THE FESTIVAL Our aim is to create a lively weekend festival with a friendly atmosphere. Listen to a talk, enjoy a dance or music performance, be inspired by our standholders’ offerings, be transformed with a session from one of our complementary therapists. And finally, enjoy our Saturday night celebration with ‘One Hand Clapping’, a uniquely talented group of musicians. THE FLAVEL The Flavel is an imaginatively designed, modern building serving the local community with an array of cultural events. It is conveniently situated in the centre of town, opposite the main car park and with disabled access. The Festival will take place on all three floors and there will be several food and drink outlets.
