Tantra & Relationship Workshops Our aim over the weekend is to provide a varied series of workshops, from introductory ones in a safe non-threatening space, to some of the more advanced techniques in exploring energy and expanded consciousness. We are delighted to welcome our team of Tantra teachers who are highly respected and influential practitioners in their field. Their work has inspired many and is accessible to all:all ages, couples or singles, straight or gay.
Unless mentioned otherwise, workshops are open to singles & couples, gay and straight and all levels, including those never having undertaken courses of this kind. Non Tantra and other Workshops Tantra Workshops Workshop:1 Friday 5th December DIVINE SEXUALITY Duration: 3 hours With Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita Divine Sexuality is attained through the unification of body, mind, soul and spirit. The tremendous power awakened by sexual energy is the vehicle which carries us to the temple of the soul. During this ecstatic exploration we discover keys for fulfilment, both sexually and spiritually. This initiation is carried out in a sacred space, honouring the divine feminine and masculine. Suitable for those with some previous Tantra experience. Workshop 2: Friday 5th December TRUST YOUR BODY The thinking mind reflects on the past, and imagines the future. Neither are real now. Trusting your body in life and in sex can allow you to become present, and therefore more alive and vibrant. When you trust your body, you experience more pleasure and direct relationship in your daily life, and you make more effective, life-affirming choices. Through breath, awareness, movement and dialogue, allow your body’s innate wisdom to unfold, and expand your experience of your true self. Duration: 3 hours Suitable for those with some previous Tantra experience. Workshop 3: Friday 5th December MALE & FEMALE BALANCE Allow sexual energy and love to unite, in a fundamentally masculine or deeply feminine way. Relax into your natural flow and experience harmony within yourself and the joyful magic of truly meeting another. Duration: 3 hours Suitable for those with some previous Tantra experience. Workshop 4: Friday 5th December THE GARDEN OF DELIGHTS In the first two hours the men will create a garden of delights where they offer for the women’s delectation a variety of sensual pleasures, most simple and innocent, some more naughty, all respectful and heartful. The women are free to choose where they are drawn to and which offers they wish to experience, otherwise they relax and soak up the magical atmosphere in the chill out area. In the second half, the receivers become the givers, although giving is as delightful as receiving, and the men enjoy the delights which the women choose to offer. Duration: 4 hours Suitable for all levels Friday 5th December 9pm - 11pm (doors close at 9.15) Jewls Ecstatic Chakra Dance Tantra teacher and DJ Jewls will take you on a guided journey of movement and dance taking everyone through the chakra system into ecstacy and beyond and then moving into free space for dancing the night away! Everyone welcome, no steps to learn. Anyone who has a body can do it, especially people who say “I can’t dance”! This is a free (with festival entry) dance event at the Flavel main stage. Workshop 5: Saturday 6th December TANTRA DANCE MEDITATION with Live Music .An early morning meditation with live music from 'Presence'. Duration: 1 hour
30 minutes With Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita Blow your mind before breakfast in this fabulous live music event. We will be moving from Sex to Superconsciousness through dance. What a great way to begin the day! Open to all Workshop 6: Saturday 6th December DARK EROS - Full In this workshop, we explore sexual energy in the spine and the first chakra, giving an experience of self, and the pleasure of separation and transgression. Love is expressed not as melting and merging into oneness, but as the affirmation of individuality in giving and receiving intensity. We explore the transformation of guilt (I shouldn't be different) through enjoyment of naughtiness (I dare to be different) into a celebration of difference and uniqueness. We learn to recognize our habits of manipulating by withdrawing energy, and instead to express our power energetically and contactfully. Warning! This workshop transforms through pleasure. Duration: 6 hours

Workshop 7: Saturday 6th December HONOUR YOUR BOUNDARIES Full To truly say “yes” to yourself or another, you need to be able to trust and express your “no”. Become more aware of your energy body, the presence and quality of another, and where you meet. Discover a simple, respectful, fun and joyful way to communicate in the moment, and to liberate playfulness, spontaneity and intimacy. Duration: 2hrs Beginners Workshop 8: Saturday 6th December BIGINNERS GUIDE TO TANTRA At last - an opportunity to find out what all the talk is about! Details to follow. Beginners Workshop 9: Saturday 6th December LIVING LOVE - THE HEART OF TANTRA In this workshop you’ll have an opportunity to experience Love as an alive and blissful energy flowing and vibrating through your body, heart and Spirit. Using very simple yet profound Tantric practices you’ll be offered doorways to step into the very essence of your being, that of Divine Love - the highest love of all - Fear sometimes disconnects us from this simple truth and this workshop will help to reconnect us again. Open to all Workshop 10: Saturday 6th December THE JOY OF TANTRA Full Duration: 2 hours
This initiation to the path of Tantra will offer vital information for those wanting to know what Tantra is and how it can be applied for a blissful life. Suitable for beginners Workshop 11: Saturday 6th December THE ENERGY OF LOVE Through movement, mantra, meditation and visualization, the emphasis will be on working with the heart chakra, opening to its true purpose of transforming energies. Connecting to the vertical flow of divine love we will allow ourselves to overflow with love and bliss. Duration: 2 hours Suitable for experienced tantrica's Workshop 12: Sunday 7th December ASPECTS This is a day long workshop where the invitation will be to take you on a journey through many exciting aspects of sexuality. Our encounters will lead us from the profane to the sacred and we will be playing in the arena of judgments and inhibitions. Duration: 6 hours Suitable for experienced tantricas or those with experience in the field of sexuality Workshop 13: Sunday 7th December THE DANCE OF ENERGY & CONCIOUSNESS Tantra explains that all of existence arises out of the meeting and union of energy and consciousness, the female and the male principles deified as Shakti and Shiva. In this introductory workshop we experience the dance of energy and consciousness in our own bodies , our own energy and awareness, and learn to direct our consciousness to create the forms of energy that bring us pleasure, empowerment and balance. Duration: 3 hours An introductory workshop suitable for all Workshop 14: Sunday 7th December LIMITLESS PLEASURE FULL ‘While receiving a caress, sweet princess, enter the loving as everlasting life’ says the Shiva sutra. Release mental, emotional and physical barriers to truly receiving loving touch, and allow yourself to deepen into the magic of aliveness, presence and contact. Duration: 2hrs Suitable for those having undertaken at least one tantra workshop. Workshop 15: Sunday 7th December PUJA This workshop will use a simple tantric ritual to support us in stepping in to a different state of consciousness as a god or goddess. We will then connect energetically to allow the energy to spiral between us, enabling us to transcend and rise in love. Duration: 2 hours Suitable for experienced tantricas

VENUES Workshops will take place either in The Flavel, The Guildhall or The Royal Castle Hotel. All these venues are within a five minute walk of each other and confirmation of each workshop location will be made by e-mail by the end of November.
