Both programmes take place on board our 50ft Yacht Frangi. Have a look at her.

The parallels between sailing and everyday life are well recognised.  Our yachts provide an environment away from home and work pressures that is new and non-threatening, yet exiting and dynamic.  Lessons are learned quickly and put into practice.

For a yacht to be sailed safely and effectively, the crew must work as a team. They must communicate, manage effectively, motivate, interact, delegate and accept responsibility. These skills are essential to performance in life and work.

Our specialised courses provide an understanding of the basis of teams, team roles, team dynamics, personal effectiveness, stress, action planning and how these factors can be successfully managed to get the best results.

We also introduce the dynamic of sex from a tantric perspective.

Guys, how would you feel if you were made love to all day on Saturday?

And the rest.

Yet, we think about sex, are bombarded by sex in newspapers, magazines and the flat screen. We avoid talking about it unless drunk and blokish. Let’s face it, most blokes are not quite sure what sex is all about.
We are socially conditioned to believe it has something to do with erections, status and orgasm. As a professional rugby player my (my ego’s) perfect Saturday was two tries, five pints, a curry and a shag.   What would your perfect Saturday be?
On top of all this sex stuff, we are also conditioned that proper men take responsibility, care for and protect their families and behave in a loving way.  It’s hard for most of us to reconcile these apparently conflicting expectations.

Where do we work?

Our workshop base is 'Frangi' a 50ft yacht moored in St Katharine Docks in the City of London.

We take a maximum of five clients along with two crew. Our workshop will typically involve around 150 miles of sailing along the Thames Estuary, North Sea & English Channel. Our ports of call include the Medway, Ramsgate, Dover, Calais, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

Previous sailing experience is not necessary.
